First upgrade APP firmware “repair_cert.hex”(Download here: https://github.com/iotexproject/pebble-apps/releases/download/v1.0.14-riverrock/repair_cert.hex) to pebble tracker via PebbleUSBTools V3.1. When the Pebble Tracker shows "Completed" on the screen, it means the repair is completed. Then upgrade Riverrock-1.0.14 firmware via PebbleUSBTools V3.1 (available here: https://github.com/iotexproject/pebble-apps/releases/download/v1.0.14-riverrock/app_riverrock_update_usb.hex). After the upgrade is complete the pebble tracker should work fine. If there are still questions, please give feedback here.

The solution is good! But the https://github.com/iotexproject/pebble-apps/releases/download/v1.0.14-riverrock/app_riverrock_update_usb.hex firmware update it ends with "FATAL ERROR" for me! Afterwards, "ntp error" is displayed on the pebble display! Restarting doesn't help, I can't fix it! Idea??
