The hologram SIM card connected to the local towers on a phone but not when I put it on my pebble Devon’s it has been more than a week, what should I do

Pebble trackers only support LTE-M/NB-IoT. Depending on which country you live, you need to check whether the hologram sim card supports LTE-M/NB-IoT in your country.
