Readthedocs doc points users to an empty page #53

The main page (https://iotile.github.io/typedargs/) includes

API reference documentation can be found at API Reference.

That link leads to an empty page. I noticed the "typedargs package" entry in the menu on the left side but it was super easy to miss.
