we have 2 rows for george in block-metrics and we have binance without validUntil date

Actually, there are 4 rows for *george - 3 for failed txs and 1 for a successful tx. The successful tx has a valid valid_until. In other words, the queries should take failed txs into account. Similar story for binance.
