update to Cosmos SDK v0.39.2-rc3 #380

Hi @davepuchyr,

As you know, I'm finalizing a new stable release update for the Cosmos SDK 0.39 Launchpad release series: cosmos/cosmos-sdk#7574

It'd be great if you could test RC3 and give me feedback as soon as you can. Please note that, provided that no release critical bugs are discovered, RC3 is expected to become the v0.39.2's final release shortly.

Hey, @alessio . All of our integration tests passed with rc3.
