Menu & Balances screen modifications

Changes:

• [x] Menu: Remove Payments menu & notification icon
• [x] Menu: Balance should be renamed to Balances
• [x] Menu: If there is a new transaction or a new activity, a "new" badge should appear next to the "Transactions" menu point
• [x] Balances page: Send payment and Receive payment should be removed
• [x] "Get your human readable personalized address" banner should be modified based on design.
• [x] "Choose now" should navigate the user to Register address screen, link shouldn't change
• [x] Balance of funds part should be separated from the banner as seen on design
• [x] If user already has a registered name or signs in with Ledger Nano S, only the balance should be shown with the different currencies

Question:

• [x] Currencies are links? Where do they go? To the Send Transaction page? Should be simplified right now not to navigate the user anywhere.
