Apparently there also have p7zip-desktop, I don't think if they will plan this feature.

It's really sad tho. UI version of p7zip is pretty much dead these days. There's no proper archiver for Linux, because all of the solutions are either duct-taped shell scripts that just pack/unpack (and it actually won't unpack in folder of the same name as the archive, it'll just dump all those files in your root, tough luck i guess lol), frontends that just call the cmdline which don't have the same features when creating the archive (you can pretty much just choose format and password, that's it, no algo, no dictsize, no nothing) or it's either "usecase unclear WONTFIX" core linux-like dev attitude that's really hostile to actual users. It's really, really sad. My solution was to just use 7zip in wine with drag and drop patches, i just added all those windows-like context menu calls so it's all pretty much the same as on windows. I'm glad it at least works this way, and really thankful for 7zip as a whole, it's great software.
inb4: "b-but mah shell/frontend works for me tho? It's not needed!" - Good for you then, it's not enough for most users that come from windows, simply because it's subpar experience and actual degradation of your workflow if you're not born in terminal...

You meant GUI archiver software? What about PeaZip? It has deb, rpm, both with gtk2 or qt5, and flatpak.
I would be happy to have at least some desktop services. For example, in Dolphin under KDE:
But p7zip has this, which is truly handy:
As a KDE/Gnome user, a GUI is necessary to operate, including desktop services to access an archive from Dolphin or Nautilus/Files. Please add those elements in order to improve the usability and accessibility of 7zip.
