(WIP) Semantic logging #75

The goal here is to turn the very much ad-hoc and split logging (spread across the log_db and console) into a semantic logging utility.

• [x] Remove all references to log_db and console and replace them with semantic functions defined in Logger
• [x] Add configuration to run information
• [x] Make log be a global field, so that it doesn't need to be passed around manually
• [ ] Position logging of LLM response streaming better (not sure if that is in the logger yet, the LLM or a third place entirely)
• [x] Handle multiple "conversations"
• [x] Add additional output possibilities for status changes
• [x] Add section definitions in logging for eg rounds or sub-parts of a round
• [ ] Update log viewer to use the newly constructed logging tables
• [ ] Remove old database tables and columns
• [ ] Add spinner back in

MR should only be merged when the (WIP) is resolved
