I'd do releases, but my permissions are not sufficient to push to cob_X and cob_X-release repos @ipa-jba @ipa-fez @ipa-rmb @ipa-fmw @ipa-bnm Can someone (temporarily) make me owner again or grant admin rights until I did the releases?

Starting with this release, I applied catkin_generate_changelogs directly onto indigo_dev branch. Like this, we do not need to remember to merge back indigo_release_candidate into indigo_dev after the release went through

care-o-bot needs additional rosdep entries for fedora:

care-o-bot needs additional rosdep entries for debian:

Thus, I had to skip debian generator for kinetic due to non-existing rosdep keys

all released, all merged, all green...waiting for next sync
