melodic migration is (mostly) done - some issues remain:

• cob_manipulation is not yet back to previous functionality after migrating from tf to tf2
• care-o-bot needs cob_manipulation to be built with source overlays`
• cob_robots, cob_simulation, cob_manipulation and care-o-bot cannot be released into melodic due to missing release of realsense_camera and realsense2_camera

there is nothing more to do here....releasing the packages we need for a release of care-o-bot (e.g. realsense) is not in our hands...closing
