Unfortunately, the tf2_ros changes broke something in the cob_pick_place_action....it makes move_group crash...thus, this should not be merged without further investigation/fixes...

I decided to outsource the issue with cob_pick_place into #141 I.e. cob_pick_place will be CATKIN_IGNORE'd for now :point_right: this will also prevent bloom-release from releasing a new version of it
