This package requires URDF modifications that are no longer available.
Thus, the package should be removed!
However, the functionality might be needed. Partly it can be replaced by cob_twist_controller....but that requires continuous updates and cannot be used to compute a joint config that "looks at" a pose which is then executed as a FollowJointTrajectory....
