Missing dependencies and fixed error image_flip.launch #20

why do we need launch files in cob_perception_common? they will probably not work on other systems due to remapping issues

Because launch files inside cob_perception_common provide a good example how to use the contained software. Everybody can copy it from there into his own package and modify it accordingly. I prefer having a launch file to start with instead of having nothing and no idea how to use this stuff.
