moved script files from cob_cartesian_controller

do we need this scripts here? are they relevant for anybody else?

the scripts are a robot-specific example for using the cartesian_controller....I think it is worth having them added here....but maybe we should only add two of them, e.g. one for move_lin and one for move_circ...

Will need to check with @ipa-fxm-cm, thus please do not merge yet!
