Added packing section including photos; incorporated the two tables prepared by FMW (shipping checklist, first-aid checklist)
Note that I literally copied the .tex code for the two tables (shipping, first-aid) into User_Manual.tex. Thus, changes to the original tables will NOT update the corresponding tables in the User_Manual.
