Add and test UR10 calibration node #2

TODO: Commit and fix Amit's code on the UR10 pc. Edit to allow automatic moveit script writing.

This is needed more - realsense is not well calibrated - about 5 cm offset from points selected using cam on one arm and contour path followed by second arm.

Currently, manually calibrated arms, better, but I'd like a node.
