720 ensures that we can compile and run on Ubuntu 20.04 / ROS Noetic - cf. example build. However, there are a few remaining issues:
[ ] There are lots of warnings in exotica_core and exotica_collision_scene_fcl during the build. These need to be addressed.
[ ] The number of tests does not match: Melodic has 174, Noetic only 132. This discrepancy needs to be figured out and addressed. Some test cases may not be running on Noetic.
Detailed upgrades needed:
[ ] test_initializers needs the hard-coded URDF updated to the same as test_maps
[ ] _ctest_exotica_examples_nosetests_test.run_tests.py shows 0 tests run. This is likely the discrepancy described above
[ ] "[EXOTica]: [Setup::GetInitializers] DynamicsSolver 'exotica/CartpoleDynamicsSolver' not built. Won't be able to instantiate."
