*.sdf clutter /tmp #4

Hi, after some work, /tmp is cluttered with *.sdf files. Please create them in a temporary directory with tempdir() Yours, Steffen

Hi,

could you please describe which commands you have used exactly? Actually, there aren't functions in the MetFrag R package exporting results as sdf files yet. I am currently wondering how they have been generated. They might originate from some external functions.
