New option to report resources by SLR #135

Add the option of reporting usage by SLR. At the moment, at least in 2019.2 it conflicts with -hierarchical , though the error message reads that it may be supported in the future.

Let me know to which branch you'd like it rebased, whether master or dev/master or anything else.
