This fixes IPbus issue #162 #163

Simply adding an 'id' attribute to the top-level node of opencores_i2c.xml.

Closing without merging based on discussion in issue #162 - instead I'll remove root node id attributes from other address tables, and update uHAL to print a log warning/error message when it finds the id attribute defined in the root node of an address table file.
