modified CollisionConstraint to save edge and vertices and only receive new displacements.
Added get constriant, jac, and hessian on one method
Added wrappers of functions to keep profiler
modified methods in barrier_constraints.cpp and volume_constraints.cpp to be more modular
added test to used while refactoring
Fixed bug on collision_penalty_diff, it was using the wrong edge lenght.
