Hi,
I built ipdk on Ubuntu 20.04 natively following the documentation on this site, and tested the rundemo_TAP_IO.sh successfully. Then I tried to setup the environment and execute the CLI tools manually.
The command gnmi-ctl set "device:physical-device,name:PORT0,pci-bdf:0000:04:00.0,port-type:link" failed with the output:
E20240624 12:46:24.155438 5350 gnmi_ctl.cc:399] Return Error: stub->Set(&ctx, req, &resp) failed with generic::invalid_argument: 'bf_status' failed with error message: Invalid arguments.
