[x] Create new download button on the Maps tabs user may have a few options such as:
download all indicators (accessibility or landuse) for that specific city;
download the selected indicator (ex: cumulative in case of accessibility) for that specific city (not sure about this one)
download the whole database (probably a link to our website)
download the dictionary;
[x] Upload the download button for the charts tab
