New function to load data dictionary #35

It could be a good idea to include a function that loads the data dictionary into a data.frame or an htlm page.

I guess the best option would be to create a vignette with the data dictionary, and this function would simply onpen the vignette in the browser. It would be complicated to fit the data dictionary into a single data.frame.
