Force correct types in geopandas outputs #260

Currently, types of key variables are not enforced.

They should be:

code_muni --> int
code_cnes --> int
code_state --> int
year_update --> int
code_neighborhood --> int
code_subdistrict --> int
name_district --> int
geo_bater --> int
