This depends on #92 for installation of the associated plugin.

Reminder: this will probably fail spectacularly if you haven't built the (drone) plugin with the (helm) plugin.

91, #92, and this PR are rebased and squashed versions of what's in our fork. We are running all of these together and have had no issues so far.
