It has been Debianized to be able to run on debian hosts. I have corrected two problems:

• A locale problem when host a docker has different locales.
• A patch to work outside the localhost.

You can change my docker for the backend, after regenerating yours.

Had to change too many things when I used the taiga-front-dist.
