1.99.03 can not launch chmsee with filename as paramater. #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. xulrunner application.ini foo.chm

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
chmsee should open foo.chm, but it open the default page, seeming about:mozilla.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.99.03

Please provide any additional information below.
when launched, i can successfully open file from the menu.

Feature added. 
Now you can also open multiple chm files from command line, chmsee will load 
them on different tabs.
