Missing files within _internal

Expected behavior

All files present after .exe is run.

Actual behavior

Missing files from _internal folder.

Steps to reproduce

I am attempting to install the RTX3000_series_build as it is the closest available gpu series to the 4090. I have also seen multiple claims that it should function. However, when running the .exe, I am missing all files other than "clear_local_env.bat." All folders within the _internal folder are as they should be, but most of the bat files are missing. I am downloading via Mega.

Multiple users have reported this problem, can you run the steps without the .exe file?
