I have a 3070 graphics card, after turning on CUDA the frame rate can only reach more than 10 fps, is this normal?

I find that where I'm slow is in face recognition, and I'm wondering how I can improve the performance on this side, or what kind of requirements there are for the source video, like more clarity?
