Sound #16

Merged master into @poolioman's sound branch and added a few tweaks afterward.

@poolioman Everything looks good, though I think we should make the music a little bit quieter and the footsteps a little bit louder. Its a bit hard to hear them over the music at this point

@poolioman: We should add a sound of fire crackling if the fire is burning and the player is near the campsite.

Also if the fire is burning and the player walks through it he should yell "Ow!" or something similar!
