Make a sitemap based on the personas, content audit, and persona doc outline. Related to https://github.com/ipfs/ipfs-cluster-website/issues/85

@pkafei please edit the description to link to the issues re: personas, content audit, etc, so they're easy to find when someone lands on this issue first.
