Create a Slack channel for collaborators on this data.gov project #124

Create a Slack channel for collaborators to communicate about this project. Ideally, create a channel within an existing Slack Team (ie. EDGI's slack team, ClimateMirror, Code4Lib, etc.)

Are there any privacy concerns we need to consider? Will we need to discuss anything that is sensitive and can't be covered in a channel that's visible to the public?

Aside about Slack vs IRC, Matrix, etc.:

Personally I hate the fact that Slack is a closed, proprietary system but it has real advantages over IRC or Matrix for asynchronous teams. I look forward to the day when an open-network, open source system can support our needs. In the meantime, Slack works.

I think anything like that can be taken to a private message group in the slack.
