https://apod.nasa.gov/ would be great for archival, and also help us make more jokes about the inter-planetary nature of IPFS.

I was going to jump in and say we should archive the whole picture database, but then I realized they make this schedule of a daily picture because it comes with an explanation from the astronomers.

+1 for the meta jokes.
