Push all the mirroring scripts into this repo?

Rather than publishing the hash in each issue whenever a dataset has been mirrored (and has the mirror scripts in various repos) wouldn't it be easier to discover if they are all kept in one place, i.e. ipfs/archives? (e.g. NixOS/nixpkgs, one way to put it is that ipfs is the nix for data)

Seems like very good idea for me, what sometimes happens is people stop maintaining the mirrors/archives and there is no easy way to recreate them.
