Should we rename the Summits to "Developers Meetings"? #22

In order to clearly disambiguate the Conference (November, Lisbon, 300-500 people) from the Summit (July, Berlin, 60-100 people), should we rename the Summit to "Developers Meeting"?

"Developers Meeting" is great from my perspective because it can still work for downstream users of libp2p (who are developers, by definition of what a lib is).

I think this change will:

avoid confusion about Conf vs Summit
Encourage people to self-select out of the July meetings and into the Conference. ("Developer Meeting sounds like a working meeting where I won't have much to add but IPFS Conf sounds exciting!")
