I've experienced first person today how hard it is to get a fix on a DDC module, even with the PR open, CI passing and everything looking good.
Currently, pretty much every module is only @pgte's hands and given the increased amount of endeavours that the DDC has been taking, it is natural to see that some were without updates for a while. That said, I still think that seeing a module out of date for more than 7 months is a tad too much and we should talk about accountability and maintenance of these as an objective for this quarter.

Meanwhile, the DDC modules should embrace the Lead Maintainer Protocol and the JS Guidelines, it is a tested and proven formula.
In Addition, it would be good to have a waffle board for all the modules so that we have a sense of velocity.
