Consider using reverse dependency links instead of dependency links. #9

GitHub has this nice feature where it lists all PRs that link to a PR in the PRs comment section and gives you the status of the PR. While the current system of having dependent PRs link to their dependencies makes the most sense logically, having dependencies link to the dependent PRs would make it easier to track the merge status of those dependencies.
