Somehow, for a ipfs-cluster job, the repository that the job uses for loading the shared library was changed from ipfs/jenkins-libs. See this job for a example: https://ci.ipfs.team/job/IPFS/job/ipfs-cluster/job/fix%2Fwait/4/

Have no figured out why yet but fixed the issue in the meantime.
