Deployment is still not clean #56

jenkins: error: The following untracked working tree files would be overwritten by merge:
jenkins:    config/plugins/pipeline-github-lib.jpi
jenkins: Please move or remove them before you can merge.

Now I will resolve it manually

Well, we could reopen this and use a task to track moving to provsn?

Deployment is now handled by Terraform rather than provsn.
