@whyrusleeping pls flesh out and write acceptance condition?

It was something like:

there are go-ipfs tests that can be easily (one or two shell commands) be run on the test-lab
it involves spawning go-ipfs nodes in a couple of different workloads, adding + moving content. (write it up i guess)
