Show last commit date and link to commit log #77

Feature request: Add a column for latest commit. This is to see when the repo was updated the last time, to provide more information how "active" each repo is.

This should show the date, and the date should be a link to the commit log.

Opened https://github.com/philschatz/octokat.js/issues/107 to help me figure out why I'm getting an empty string instead of a response here. Pushed intermediate code to feature/77-last-commit.

I am unlikely to get to this soon. I would suggest unassigning this and labeling at as 'help wanted'.
