Too many clicks to download IPFS #338

Would be rad to see "ipfs desktop" pushed as the way to get started with ipfs as discussed in https://github.com/ipfs/docs/issues/188

...and if the user is determined to just use the command line tool only, point them to all of the popular package managers that they can use to install ipfs as in https://github.com/ipfs/website/pull/299#issuecomment-475694596

This is probably going to get rolled into ipfs/docs/#188, but leaving it as its own issue for now for purposes of discussion.

Closing this issue on the understanding that it's not perfect yet, but that we've streamlined the process of helping the user decide which flavor of IPFS they might like to download, and sending them directly to that flavor's appropriate page. We'll also be doing some further work along these lines in https://github.com/ipfs/docs/issues/188.
