Audit and updates teams section #357

We now have a content routing group.
Several of these sections are likely out of date.

We also need to find a way to keep these sections up to date but that's a harder problem.

I just made a PR to “team structures” - but seems like this needs to be separately updated to match? I’ll take assignment but if anyone wants to align the two would appreciate the PR.

@momack2 If you let me know when you feel it’s in a done state I can duplicate the website to reflect.

ETA: I'm keeping an eye on https://github.com/ipfs/team-mgmt/pull/1110 ... once that's merged I'll update the website accordingly.
