Changes ProtoSchool chapters to events
Links to the IPFS course rather than all tutorials everywhere except the footer

My thought process was that you're presenting it in the footer as its own project (like you do for Filecoin) whereas elsewhere you're linking people to tutorials about IPFS. But I don't feel super strongly about this if you disagree.
