waiting on a new release of ~libp2p with https://github.com/libp2p/rust-libp2p/pull/1902~ ~and ipfs-sqlite-block-store with https://github.com/Actyx/ipfs-sqlite-block-store/pull/22~ and a new release of libp2p-bitswap with https://github.com/ipfs-rust/libp2p-bitswap/pull/13

[x] investigate performance regressions
[x] queries can complete before the block was inserted into the store
