MetricsProvider should allow customization of Countly Instance and bring in better defaults

Countly web sdk provides plenty of customizable features: https://support.count.ly/hc/en-us/articles/360037441932-Web-analytics-JavaScript-#setup-properties

• These properties should be allowed to be passed to countly instance.
• A better default should be shipped by default:
  • Sync every 5000ms instead of 500ms.
  • Increase the max events from 100 to 1000.
