feat: added Fission support #100

Added support for Fission as a pinning service and gateway
Included tests for both
Updated Readme to include information about using Fission

@dholms hey this is really great, just catching up now :) from what I could gather from the fission docs, there is also a subdomain DNS service provided with a deployment, is that correct? Would it be possible to add an option to update it from ipfs-deploy with the -d flag?
