Add DAppNode pinner.

If you are not familiar with DAppNode: DAppNode users have an own IPFS node running always at "http://ipfs.dappnode:5001" (the .dappnode TLD gets resolved via DAppNodes VPN).

Right, forgot about the README :) A section on DAppNode is now added.
