Ref to the published folder hash #109

It seems that the published folder is the last item of the list returned by ipfs.util.addFromFs

I'm still missing something, but I can't find docs for ipfs.util.addFromFs... I can't even find it in the js-ipfs-api repo... where is it hide itself?! :P

Just saw the pull request #89 resolve the same issue (we can close this)
